The  Girl Scouts San Diego will be having a Leader-Daughter Let’s Cook Out & Let’s Tent Training Weekend on January 20-22. Discover and empower your troop with fun outdoor cooking methods and create tasty meals to share.  Explore tent camping and learn more about safety issues, environmental considerations, and proper equipment.

A troop leader and their 1st grade Daisy-Cadette daughter can learn useful tools, skills and strategies to take back to their troop. This course combines our Let’s Cook Out and Let’s Tent courses so that the daughter can learn alongside the troop leader while meeting the training requirements for Outdoor Series.

This fun two-night training comes complete with all Saturday meals and a delicious Sunday breakfast; as well as a campfire program and cool nighttime activities.
